Create Box folders from Wufoo form entries

Use this Wufoo to Box integration to automatically set up a new Box folder when a Wufoo form is submitted. The folder name can be any data element captured in the form.

This Box folder can then be used by subsequent integrations to store the form data (as a text file) and any file upload, using these or other Zapier integrations:

    How It Works

    1. A Wufoo form is submitted
    2. Zapier creates a folder in a Box account.

Save Wufoo form attachments to Box

Use this Wufoo to Box integration to automatically store Wufoo form file uploads for easy access by others in your team. Once this integration has been set up, all new Wufoo form file uploads will be copied to a Box folder.

Optionally, the Box folder used to store the file can be specific to the form submission. To do this, first use Zapier to automatically create a Box folder from the Wufoo form entry. Then simply set the folder name in this integration with the same data item used to create the folder in the earlier zap. You can also use a Zapier Delay Trigger for this integration, to ensure the folder has been created when this zap is run.

Note: Your form will need to include a form upload field that's required for this Zapier integration to work.

Want to know why Wufoo is the best online form builder? When you design a form with Wufoo, it automatically builds the database, backend, and scripts needed to make collecting and understanding your data easy, fast, and fun. Because we host everything, all you need is a browser, an Internet connection, and a few minutes to build a form and start using it right away. At Wufoo, we believe forms are the starting point for building anything useful on the web. Basically, they’re the most efficient mechanisms for collecting data from people. The problem is sometimes creating an online form isn’t very efficient. The process of creating a form and all the database structures and scripts necessary to make it work (not to mention useful) is a really tedious process that makes what should be a simple task (collecting and understanding information) not really worth the time, effort, or cost of the endeavor. The entire process could take you or your IT person days, if not weeks. With Wufoo, you can skip all the hard stuff (because it does it all for you) and start getting things done.
